Question 1

How do I set up my brand kit?

Accepted Answer

Sign in to Pictor and create a brand kit with your business name, logo, three brand colors, and voice notes. You can edit your saved kit later from your dashboard.

Question 2

Can Pictor run designs on a recurring schedule?

Accepted Answer

Recurring or scheduled design runs are not currently available. Submit each graphic request manually when you need one. Generation runs asynchronously, so a request may remain pending or become unavailable; a finished graphic is not guaranteed.

Question 3

Which graphic formats can I request?

Accepted Answer

Pictor currently supports square feed posts (1:1), portrait feed posts (4:5), and full-screen stories (9:16).
